Keep your secrets safe

With their memory

Incorporate that pain

Or the memory of it

Into your daily habits

So that you can question

The status quo

So that you can intentionally 

Decide if what you are doing

The action you are taking

Is filled with the intentions

That make sure 

That will never happen again
