Today I ask about

Watermelons

In order to make a 

connection to home

Instead my world

Was expanded 

And a real world connection 

Was made to the theory

I have been practicing 

From those living

Where the swings are tied 

Up on Sundays

I talk of 

Cognitive dissonance 

As if I am connected 

To the world around me

However after a 

few minutes pause

I realize I might in twenty

Years attend a destination 

Wedding on newer beach

Front property developed

For American tourists 

With no idea the area

They are taking Christian vows

In a Jewish state was for a

Longtime Muslim 

Long live Palestine

Memories of poetry

For I have heard

There are reasons 

To be careful with

What is between

Our ears

The sounds of the sea

If I ever heard it

Likely will be lovely
